This sweet little house has all the charm you'd expect from Loveland, the Sweetheart City. Perfect for 1 or 2 people to have a relaxing intimate experience. The house is 1950’s retro inspired, but with modern and mid-century modern elements, for an eclectic and cozy vibe.
it’s also in downtown loveland, so within walking distance of bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc - but just off the beaten path, so when you’re in the house or yard, it’s quiet and serene There is a neighborhood bar across the alley. 98% of the time, it's quiet. But you may occasionally hear a conversation from over there or a motorcycle coming through the alley.

Summary: House is cute and felt like home. Great location and nice amenities. I enjoyed laying in the hammock and reading my book. The bed was very soft and comfortable. One night my husband and I put on a Paul Simon record while we ate dinner. Felt like going back in time. The host was quick to reply to messages and gave great instructions. Didn't end up using the hot tub but was happy to have the option. The only cons I have are, the couch is not super comfortable for lounging, the faucets in the bathroom probably aren't the best for size of the sinks (water would get everywhere because the sink wasn't big enough), and finally, while cute, the tv being put in an old tv's frame wasn't the easiest to use because the tv frame blocks the receiver so you have to point the remote in weird ways to get it to work. All I can say, is this place was great for us and the pros out weigh my very petty cons. Will stay again if available when I come home to Colorado visit family.
